Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when you can cancel an order or get a refund for digital products bought on techtown.in. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Digital products are non-refundable

Our interview-question PDFs are delivered instantly after payment and cannot be "returned". For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase.

2. When we do give a refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same product.
• Not delivered: you did not receive the download link within 48 hours of a successful payment, and we could not resolve it after you contacted us.
• Faulty file: the PDF is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to send you a working copy within 3 working days of your report.
• Wrong product: you received a different product from the one you paid for, and we cannot send the correct one.

3. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful, because the product is delivered immediately. If a payment fails or is left incomplete, no order is created and no money is taken; any amount debited for a failed payment is automatically reversed by your bank or by Instamojo, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

4. How to request a refund

• Email info@techtown.in within 7 days of your purchase.
• Include your name, the email used at checkout, the product name and the Instamojo payment ID.
• Briefly describe the problem (a screenshot helps for file issues).

5. Processing time

We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
