Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains how products bought on techtown.in are delivered. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Digital delivery only

Everything we sell is a digital product (downloadable PDF). We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no courier delivery.

2. How you receive your product

• After a successful payment through Instamojo, a download link is shown on the payment confirmation screen.
• The same download link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout.

3. Delivery time

Delivery is usually instant and in most cases within a few minutes of payment. In rare cases, such as payment gateway delays, it can take up to 24 hours.

4. If you have not received your product

• Check your spam, promotions and other email folders for a message from Instamojo.
• Make sure the email address you entered at checkout was correct.
• If you still cannot find it within 24 hours, email info@techtown.in with your payment ID and we will send the file to you manually.

5. Download tips

We recommend downloading the file on a laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection and keeping a copy safe. If the link expires or stops working, contact us and we will resend it.

6. Delivery area

Because delivery is digital, our products are available to buyers anywhere with an internet connection.
